This application is designed exclusively for the Kotak Business Correspondent channel of Kotak Mahindra Bank, aiding in the FKYC process and opening of STP accounts. Kotak employees will utilize the existing Sales Force One app available in major app stores. The app streamlines the FKYC process for Wallet/OTP customers, enabling Kotak Bank's partner community, including Business Correspondents, to efficiently complete customer verifications and open STP accounts directly from the app.

Understanding the full functionality of the app is crucial for a smooth FKYC/STP account opening process. The key functions of the app are:

• Salesforce user interface for convenient Lead management across different business types like 811, Non-811, and Xpress.
• Workflow and process builder support for managing Leads at various lifecycle stages.
• Integration with Email services and SMS communication for effective customer follow-up.
• A comprehensive tool for completing customer KYC processes.
• Integration with various third-party systems to assess customer eligibility and offer relevant products (Cross Sell).
• Capability to create Reports and Dashboards to monitor business performance and progress.

Kotak 811 is transitioning its full KYC platform to Salesforce. The FKYC flow for 811 Leads through the App involves:

1. Customers visiting Kotak Mahindra Bank Website/App to submit their details.
2. Syncing customer details into the app as leads, displaying only those applicable for FKYC.
3. Automatic allocation of leads based on system logics tied to users in specific PIN Codes.
4. Initiating FKYC in the presence of customers by opening a lead record in the app after necessary system checks.
5. Taking valid details along with customer consents, declarations, and capturing MITC during the FKYC journey.
6. Submitting the lead after completing all required steps.
7. Moving leads to the backend for further assessments before approval and conversion to a Kotak 811 FKYC account.

The STP account opening flow through the App follows these steps:

1. User creating a lead within the app by entering the customer's mobile number.
2. Sending a Bitly link to customers for verification via SMS.
3. Capturing PAN and annual income details (using Form 60 as an alternative if income is below 5 lacs).
4. Checking PAN Aadhaar linking, fetching details from UIDAI database.
5. Gathering additional customer information along with consents and declarations during the process.
6. Submitting the lead after completing all necessary stages.
7. Moving leads to backend systems for thorough checks before approval and subsequent account opening in the core banking system.
